Can I return my items?

With us you have a 30-day right of return .

After receiving your order, you can easily return the item within 30 days

The only important thing is that the figure must be undamaged and in its original packaging so that it can be safely returned to our warehouse

My item is defective, what now?

If your item is defective, you can of course return it to us within 30 days.

In this case, please contact us in advance so that we can find a quick and fair solution together. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Who bears the return costs?

Return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or has a clear manufacturing error.

In such cases, we will of course cover the return costs – because errors that are not your fault should not be your problem.

Pre-orders

Is it possible that you cancel my pre-order?

We do our best to fulfill every single pre-order and secure the anime figures you ordered. However, since we depend on production and delivery by the manufacturers and our suppliers, it may unfortunately happen in rare cases that we have to cancel a pre-order.

What happens if my pre-order is affected?

Should such a case occur and affect your pre-order, we will notify you immediately by email . Of course, we will promptly refund any full amount you may have already paid for the pre-ordered figure.

We understand this may be disappointing and regret any inconvenience. We always strive to avoid such situations, but unfortunately, due to external factors, we cannot always completely rule them out.
